I wear a hijab and wanted to book an appointment for me and my sister in law. I asked politely if it would be possible to have my haircut and not be exposed to any men/ have my haircut somewhere private in the salon. She replied “you have to keep your mask on”(we were planning on wearing them and didn’t ask to have them removed btw)... And then proceeded to ask us “have you ever gotten a haircut before?”. I understand that we are asking for extra privacy and some salons just don’t have that available which totally understandable, but why belittle us and disrespect us. Terrible and condescending communication on whoever picked up the phone from studio 16. Talk about a Karen

Absolutely perfect place to go!!! I had a terrible experience with a different hair salon and when I went to studio 16 they made me feel welcome. They understood the anxiety I had since a the previous experience at a different salon was bad. They listened to what I wanted. I can not stress enough about how fabulous this place is!!! Beautiful inside and the people who work here are absolutely incredible! I highly highly recommend this salon. My mom and I go here regularly together now!! If you ever get a chance use this salon!!
Good quality cut and blow dry and also did a great job with my 4 year old daughter. 4 stars instead of 5 because they are tough to get ahold of, usually have to call more than once or wait for a call back to get an appointment.
I absolutely love this salon. Not only is the salon itself beautiful inside and out , but the people are too! I felt so welcomed and comfortable.. can't wait to go back! Thank you Courtney!! I LOVE my new hair :)
