Cordiali ma lenti e inefficienti. Azienda che non è riuscita a risolvere il problema in 4 mesi e ha tentato di farmi sostituire un elettrodomestico funzionante con uno nuovo a un prezzo assolutamente non concorrenziale. Problema risolto da un'altra azienda in 3/4 d'ora senza sostituire l'elettrodomestico.
