The shop is amazing , I have been to many Lindt shops , what makes this one special is the Caterina and terry , they were very kind and welcoming to everyone and they always smiled. There are an example to all retailer shops .

Not a real outlet. Fake! And uninterested staff :( Especially disappointing when you travel dozens of kilometres only for this shop ...)
Amazing shop with very generous staff especially Terry. She is a gem of a person. Very kind. Very helpful. We were family of 12.. bought around 30 kg of lindt chocolate. N our challenge was to take a flight to mumbai 4 days later. N it was the time where heatwaves was melting switzerland.. we needed to save our chcoclates from melting for 4 days. She came up with couple of brilliant ideas. N it doesn't stop there. She actually helped us execute it.. N her hardwork paid of.. our chocolates reached safely to india. Thanx terry for being so helpful. God bless you.
