Very disappointed with customer service and delivery. I get that during covid things are harder but it took twice the estimated time to arrive and the food was cold and missing items. When I tried to call the restaurant I had to keep calling back and getting a full voicemail box. When I finally reached someone they put me on hold and as I am writing this never came back. I would avoid this place in the future, evidently they cannot handle a Friday night.

It’s not fine dining, paper cups and plastic silverware but you are paying for food not fluff. The food was fresh, hot and flavorful. The menu is extensive. We are in the area for 3 weeks. We ventured in after 2 weeks. I’ll not wait so long next trip. The prices are a great value and they even have lunch specials available until 4. They brought soup with the drinks. The best egg drop soup I’ve ever had. Light and flavorful. I love the flavor of the added corn. The servings are more than ample They offer delivery within 5 miles. We will squeeze in at least one more visit this week.
This is certainly one of the best place in the region. Whenever I go there I am incredibly happy. They keep their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they provide. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.
Mu previous visit was a walk in and was told to call and my wait will be shorter. So i call my order in, was told to come in 35 minutes. I saw up 35 minutes later and there was 4 people on line and 6 people waiting (2 couples}. i waited outside because 10 people in this small restaurant was to much no 6 ft spacing,at least all were wearing mask. when a new customer walk up i had to enter. when to cashier i made a phone order, she sent me back to he line now I'm 6 on line. Thankfully 2 people left after getting their order. then two more should up. one walk up to cashier an told her he is here for grubhub and she told him to wait in line.cashie was busy taking order on the phone that the line remain the same, feeling like getting out of here because of corvid. one later ask the cashier why are the people getting better service than the one on line. no response from cashier so she left. Finally i was next and she ask for my credit card, i didn't see a complete order so i ask if my order is complete. The guy cooking if you pay we will give it to you. so i paid, only to see the guy started making my order. why tell me to call my order in? My area does not have Chinese near by but panda express, china bro is just ok. you lost a customer, i rather drive farther when i have a thing for Chinese food.
Made fresh to order. Spent about 10 buck for the Chow Fun. 5 bucks for Crab cheese and another 5 bucks for fried shrimp. Gotta tell ya...would do it again. Lunch specials till 4pm...pretty reasonable prices...
