Was surprised when I came in. Hey modern looking and had more of a restaurant than donut shop feel to it. The prices are a bit high for a single donut (almost 2/each). They tasted okay, the service was good, the location was easy to spot from a moving car. The parking lot has lots of open parking, and it's close to a freeway offramp.

Came here to claim my free birthday coffee and I won a free order of hash browns with it! The staff here are very friendly and the location is clean and easy to access from the street.
Usually decent service, however not today 2/25/2021. Service was slow, the young lady assisting did not greet us, did not make eye contact when handing us our drinks. Forgot to give us straws so we had to wait. Had an attitude when we said we needed straws, she handed them to us and still didn't bother to give eye contact. No apology for the long wait. Managers please stress the importance of customer service to your employees
Long line through drive through so i parked and walked in. I ordered coffee and a donut . Donut was handed to me right away. dry donut. yuck ,had to wait for 15 min for my coffee. Coffee came and while in my car I decided to transfer it into my favorite cup. Their cup was filled to the brim with steaming hot coffee and it spilled onto my leg and seeped through my pant and burnt my leg. A warning to moms with small children. Agast! I had to wait for another 45 mins before I could drink it. Thumbs down on dunkin donuts. Will never return! I hope you don't cause severe burns to anyone else.
