Awesome experience! Everyone at the store was super friendly but it was Layla that went above and beyond. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She never made us feel uncomfortable and answered all of our questions. She made some great recommendations without being overly pushy. We can't wait to go back!

Squid bait

First time here and never again. We walked in and were greeted as expected. But then as soon as my wife and I began walking through the store and began looking at their items, we were being followed around the store. Made us feel a little uncomfortable. It was our first time here and wanted to see what the store had. Made us feel like unwanted customers. But I guess it doesn't surprise me coming here and reading some of the reviews. Now I see we're not the only ones. We didn't buy anything and didn't feel like spending a single dime. If you want to feel uncomfortable and like being followed, then this is the right place for you! I guess we'll stick to Lotions and Lace. A place where we feel welcomed and not like thief's.

First time here. There's deff a solid selection, but the prices seemed wicked steep. Something I could get at Spencer's gifts for 30 was 65 here. I picked out two items for my girlfriend and was standing in line. A guy, I kmagine the owner said lemme throw in some batteries and took the items up towards the front. When I was up at the register, the other young guy said there was nothing up there for me. He talked to the ?owner? And the owner had kept them with him as if I was about to steal them. I did not like that at all. The guys made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed whatsoever. I might be back and try again, but I haven't decided. I also never got those batteries either. TLTR: Good selection, make you feel like your stealing, steeo prices, poor customer service

Place is slack, things they sell on ebay for 10 going for 89. no customer service. employees just stared me down like I was gonna steal something. Places like this are obsolete, it's not like theyre going to let you try anything. just buy it online

Cute lingerie, friendly staff, they're outgoing but not pushy. Very helpful, even we can contact them if they can bring certain items to the store instead of ordering online. I like that! Since I'm petite, I can get more things to choose from if they are low on stock. Will keep going to see new stuff!

Store is way bigger than it seems from the outside and way nicer than you would think. Walked in the door about 10 minutes before they closed for the night and didn’t expect much in the way of help but the two young ladies working that night, Chelsea and Ashley, were so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient with me. They took their time answering all my questions and I never once felt rushed or that I needed to “buy something and get out”. I hope that management and the owner know how lucky they are to have Chelsea and Ashley as employees and value and appreciate them as much as I did that night. Thank you again ladies! I love my purchase and will be back soon to use my gift card and discount!
