Went to America's Best and wasted a lot of time for them to tell me they couldn't do my lenses. Walked over to LensCrafters and had to waste no time at all and got my lenses ordered in less than half the time wasted at America's Best. My wife went to pick up my 300 lenses and found the lady to be totally rude. Handed her glasses that were clearly dirty, when asked if she could clean them she did with an attitude saying, \you have to clean them you know.\ Shocking that I would have to clean new lenses purchased from you for a pretty penny. Horrible customer service from this lady. She shouldn't work there or anywhere with the public for that matter. The manager that helped me initially was great along with his assistant that day. He also told me when we picked up we could add a warranty. No such info from the rude associate. I have used LensCrafters multiple times, but would not recommend going to this location if you wanted to be treated like a customer should. UPDATE Jodie the manager called and was terribly apologetic and thinks the girl was temporary help. She made it right and I would give them another shot next time.

I have been coming to LensCrafters for years, and the thing I like the most is the employees do not pressure me to add things to my glasses that I don't want. They work with me to get what works for me and keep the same positive, friendly attitude the entire time rather I get the extra things like blue blockers, transitional lenses etc or not. It's always a wonderful experience and I won't go anywhere else
I have had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. Appointments were simple to make. When entering the store I was greeted by all staff members and felt welcomed. The wait time was quick and Dr. Huffmire was very nice and answered all of my questions. Jessica was friendly and patient as she helped me choose the right frames and her constant attention to detail was amazing. Checkout time was a breeze. I will receive my glasses soon and I'm looking forward to Jessica helping me with the final process. Thank you for the excellent treatment I received. I highly recommend LensCrafters of Menifee.
If you have a problem with your eyesight, Lenscrafters Haun Road, Menifee is the place to go. Impressively clean place and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Debbie was very professional and efficient to be able to assist me in getting the right glasses and willing to help us for future purchases for my husband’s glasses also.
