My food was sitting on the table for 10 min and no one called it. Finally someone looked at it and called my number. No apology for the wait. Now my food is kinda cold.. and I could've been in and out so much sooner/not been exposed to other customers in the meantime. however the food is always deliciously fresh and keeps me coming back.. so it's worth the wait but hopefully you're waiting because they're preparing the food and not because they aren't paying attention

Okay look how healthy beautiful and fresh this is. Believe me the mahi-mahi lemon pepper teriyaki sauce on the side that sweet Mac salad lemon and cabbage with broccoli. This restaurant knows how to serve a healthy meal with a great smile. Thank you for helping me lose 50 lb by eating healthy
Been there twice so far. Always quick to get the food out. Taste as expected for Ono's. Taste fresh and just made versus been sitting waiting for somwone to order. Great service at this location.
Last week was our first time we went to this magnificent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We had great time with the generous service, with the first-rate dishes and wine and with the comfortable pay. We will no doubt go back there again.
When I arrived there, there was a couple eating and a customer waiting for his order, I went ahead and order two plates, the"manager in charge" took her time to look and read my coupon (which was 5 off 15), ok I didn't ask her why it took you so long. I got my sauces and 12-15 minutes after while waiting, another customer ordered her food. Been waiting for over 35 minutes now and they called the customer first who came 15 minutes after me. I asked, what's the deal, why you called her first instead of me. Sorry we have to cook your fish, seriously 40 minutes to cook it. Omg, we always go to ono but this experience change since the "manager in charge" wasn't too apologetic, she is just force to say it.
Called just after 9pm to place a phone order for pick up. I was across the street from their location picking up a different order. The employee said it was too close to their closing time and they could not take my order BUT I could order at the restaurant until 9:30. I asked if the manager was aware of this policy? To which she replied she is the manager. I was trying to make it easier for them so I could be in and out before they closed. Not walk in at 9:25 and just place my order when they close in 5 mins. A bit confusing?
Good portion size for price. Friendly service. Lot's of customers but lots of parking too.
Not a bad place. Can't wait until there is indoor sitting.
