Savanah at the register & Heidi the Manager on 4/24/21 were so kind and helpful! They honored the discounted Chewy.com price for my cat food - I didn't realize PetSmart had stopped doing that... I really appreciated they helped me that way, as we are disabled, on a fixed income & that's the amount I had budgeted for. Every time I go to this location I am treated warmly. The store is very clean & it's really easy to find what I want. I always feel like a VIP there - the staff is always terrific! A

Grooming: I'm pretty picky about Benji's haircuts and he's gone to the same groomer for 3 years, so I was nervous BUT Liz did a great job on Benji's haircut & my mom said she was very nice at drop off :) I would 100% recommend Liz & you should request her if you use this salon! I recommend the Chi package. I swear by the conditioner. The scent lasts so long! When I made my apt through the app I was able to confirm online and got notifications for the apt. They are usually able to book within the same week, but I booked a few weeks out and was able to get my preferred date and time! The salon has a lot of windows facing the parking lot - something to think about if your dog is nervous or easily distracted. :-/ The store: The store is smaller, but has all the essentials. This location has grooming & training, but no Banfield or Hotel. They offer a points system now if you download the app! Petsmart overall is great because they have Nature's Instinct Raw kibble, chi grooming products, and a good variety of small treats for training.
Had our Girls done today by Ryan. Just want to pass on Kudos Ryan! He did an AMAZING job! One of the Best Grooms our Girls have Had! Thank You Sir! Great Job!
I had my Maltese groomed and Ryan did a fantastic job. I was so nervous because of a bad experience at another place so I admit I made a big fuss. Everyone was extremely patient I really thank them. I love the cut Ryan did and recommend him highly. It took a lot of work to get her just right because it's a long hair cut. Thank you very much for making Molly look so cute.
They have a great variety of pets and accessories. I took my puppy Max to their grooming salon and I was more than satisfied with their service. Israel was our groomer and this was Max first time getting groomed. Needless to say, my puppy was very nervous. Israel took his time and was able to get Max groomed. After some training I will definitely take him back.
Lay out is excellent. Easy in and out. Selection is excellent. Customer service and staff knowledge is great. Perfectly located at the end of the shopping center, so no parking lot crowds.
Very satisfied with the service! My dog has thick hair and I have a hard time maintaining it at times. I was assisted by Laura and she did a very fine job. I was so pleased, I intend to come back routinely.
Very nice and kept up store. Brought my pup in to get groomed and our groomer Laura did an outstanding job. Will be coming back here for my pups next groom thank to Laura. 5/5 stars.
