They were so nice about my daughter accidentally dropping our pizza when getting into the car. They quickly remade it with no issues, thank you again!

Order pizza online. They called me to tell me it's going to be late. Drove to pizza place and got refund for delivery fee. Delivered my own pizza to myself. Realize Pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. Had to cook my own pizza. Might as well have gone in the back kitchen and made it while I'm at it. But you know I'm not surprised in the least bit. Corporate chains what can you do.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible horrible customer service. My pizza was delivered 50 minutes after the text told me it was out for delivery. I live 2 miles away.. I called to find out where it was and I was put on hold. They came back on the line and said the driver just arrived. I ssid it has been 50 minutes and it will be cold. She sas I will cancel the order and hung up on me. I called back and she said I am not going to listen to your complaints and hung up again. Her name is Tresa. It gets better when I went into the store to confront her. She is rude and arrogant and takes pride in her rude behavior. DO NOT GO HERE. I called corporate and sent a letter to the CEO of Pizza Hut. Hopefully she gets fired so no one else has to be treated this rudely.

Ordered online and my order was completely wrong when I picked it up. Then I ordered at the location and still messed up my order. All were ordered stuffed crust and only got 1 stuff crust. Lastly one of the pizza shows that the pineapple was just thrown on top after pizza was made. This is the most horrible expiernce I have had with this location.

ANGIE is a nightmare of an employee falsifying herself as manager. If she is a manager - then she needs to be demoted for her lack of service or care to fix any issues with orders. A formal report will be made to corporate about my terrible experience. My lawyer will be getting involved for the discrimination involved also.
