I have been to this location twice now and both times have been a great experience. No long waits, friendly and courteous staff. I am physically handicapped and they are very patient with me. I am so happy to have them nearby. Thank you for customer service in a world made mostly of customer no service.

I just had my first mammogram at Temecula Valley Imaging Menifee. I was impressed with how friendly and efficient the staff was. They only had two other patients waiting and everyone wore masks of course. The tech was gentle and quick.

The staff member who performed the mammogram was great. Although the front office staff were polite, I was very surprised and concerned about the lack of social distancing measures in that small medical office. I was called up to the front desk at the same time another patient was standing there. It was totally unnecessary, as I would have preferred to wait until they were done with the other patient in order to properly social distance. COVID is not something that should be taken lightly --especially in a medical office!

It was fast and easy. I think I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Then waiting about 5 minutes in the back to be imaged. Everyone was super nice. The X-ray Technician Tonya was very nice and talkative. She made the whole experince go by so quickly. Highly recommend this place to get you x-rays at.
