I just recently had US Modular build an accessory dwelling unit on my property and I could not believe how fast and easy the entire process was! The team was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job building the unit. They communicated with us constantly and were very courteous and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a new modular or manufactured home that can be completed in a very short time.

We had a granny flat built in backyard by us modular. It was cool to watch crane pick up the house and put in in backyard. It has 1 bedroom a full bathroom and kitchen and living room. Looks good as it matches look of our house.
Just completed our single family modular home with US Modular. From our first meeting through handing over the keys Bill answered all of our questions, kept us informed of progress, helped us make decisions and really made us feel great about our decision to go modular. We saved a lot versus building a traditional home and got exactly what we wanted down to the fixtures and finishing touches. Plus we were move-in ready months before we would have with with a traditional build. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and value that US Modular provides. I would recommend that anyone in the market for a new home consider US Modular. I couldn’t be happier!
We hired Usmodular inc to design our new Accessory Dwelling Unit and were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Bill , Todd and Abe. Building our unit in factory was fast and we saved time and money in process. We were able to choose all of our interior finishes before our unit was built. USModular was great to work with and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and commitment to our project.
