The lady on the phone was very helpful and went out of her way to find my parts, however upon coming to retrieve the part I requested, it was no where near what I needed and they removed little pieces such as brackets and small clips, which was the only reason I was buying the whole part in the first place - they even made documentation saying I needed the small pieces. Then I was blamed by their customer service representative for the error and then guilt tripped because they had spent so much time getting the part. Although I appreciate the willingness to go out of their way, when I brought up the error, they were very quick to blame me and did not handle it in a professional way. ASAP is good for common parts, but for things more complex I will be visiting a different company.
