My mom is currently a resident at COH. The staff and director Jessica are AMAZING. They are so kind and take such good care of my mom, and it means so much to her entire family. It is a difficult time for the family and it makes such a difference when you know the care she receives is the best there can be in this situation.They are so good about communicating with the family of the changes or needs she has. I know I will always here first hand about what is going on with her.

My mother was a resident at Comforts of Home Advanced Memory Care for two years with the last 18 months being on Hospice. She rallied under the care of the Comforts of Home staff and management. I am her only son and we felt the warmth of the facility as soon as we walked in the door for the first time. Most people consider these facilities as a \place for mom\ but our experience was deeper than just being a \place to stay\ as my mother and I both felt that we were a part of a family for her continued care. This facility became a \HOME for mom\ and my mother became friends with more than one care giver on each of the three shifts. These friends became the daughters my mother never had. I still visit this facility today to be with my mother's friends (both care givers and residents) long after my mother has been gone.

I so appreciate the dedicated workers who show compassion and love to my mom. They work hard to care for the Alzheimer residents. I could not be happier with her being at this facility. Thank you for all you do.

I cannot say enough to the Leadership and Staff at the Comforts of Home Memory Care, Menomonie Wisconsin. My Father was admitted to Comforts of Home Jan 2018. From my desperate call to have my dad possibly ok'd to move in, the original staff member Angie took my call it was over the Christmas Holiday to calm my concerns, she set up a time to meet with Jessica Ross. From the first visit and meeting with her TEAM, Mindy and all the staff from day one we have felt welcomed, cared for, my father is safe, content and the lines of communication have been way above all our expectations. My father is a handful and never once have they ever treated him with any thing but love and compassion. This has all been very tough on our family but the care he is getting is nothing more than TOP NOTCH. My father's concerns have been taken care of, they are all so patient with his demands, they protect him and also protect my Mother, Brother and myself.
