Placed an order at 4:18 pm in the drive through for a simple large extra crispy fry and cheese curd only to have to ask one of the runners if they forgot about my order. Around 4:45 I would finally recieve my order (wrong). Ordered a large fry, received medium, ordered them extra crispy (well done) and received almost raw undercooked fries. I'm sorry but a free scoop of custard doesn't make up for money and time wasted and to receive not even the proper product. Rediculous
