Worst follow up service I've experienced in a while. My friend bought a bike there, broke a crank bolt shortly after (crossthreaded when it was built) wouldn't repair without charging. Charged me for a used bolt. Riverside in EC was great, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, gave me the new bolt I needed. Im happy to make the drive to Riverside for such great service.

Needed a chain replaced on my son's bike. Called Rory to set up an appointment. He was quick to get me in and even quicker at replacing the chain and getting the bike back into action. Very affordable and great customer service. I will be back for any future tuneup needs. Just an FYI: During this season appointments and masks are necessary.

Has always done good work but needs an attitude adjustment.
I had an emergency flat tire on my bike, and they got me back on the road in no time! Even though they are technically closed on Sundays, the owner often hangs out in the shop, so try calling ahead to see if he's in. That was the most expensive inner tube I have ever bought, though.

I would give Rory another star if one was available. Nothing but good things to say!! He took time out of an already busy day to figure out the best options on a bike purchase and had it ordered... and in a handful of days had the bike there put together,setup and ready to roll !
