I have always had a wonderful experience at Smithery II Jewelers. From consulting with Mike & Carolyn while choosing the perfect engagement ring, then our wedding bands and most recently a gift for my wife after we had our first child. I keep coming back as they are both very knowledgeable about jewelry, help make great, timeless decisions on selections and also provide excellent post-sale support. They help educate us on why or why not to choose various materials and designs. They even helped us replace a small diamond from the engagement ring which my wife somehow managed to lose (sheesh). They did a wonderful job matching the color, clarity and brilliance of the remaining diamonds. Soon we will be visiting Mike & Carolyn to buy our daughter her first piece of jewelry. We will keep coming back as we know we will always be well taken care of at the Smithery. Anyone who is looking for great advice and great jewelry at a fair price will be well-served coming to see Mike & Carolyn at the Smithery!

11 for a watch battery and installation seemed pretty steep but the owner was friendly and professional.

The gentleman there was not extremely helpful and was criticizing my decisions to buy a watch piece else where. He ended up saying he could help me, but he did not want to because it would take too long.
