Atlas Landscaping was recommended to us by a few people through a App. Our initial experience was great, they were responsive, had great ideals, good prices. As a result, in fall of 2018, we went with them to install/level/seed our backyard and perform some other backyard landscaping work. We were told the work is guaranteed, any issues with leveling, seeding, etc reach out to them and they will come out. All was well, we had faith in them, so we paid them in full. After a month or so we noticed the leveling was real bad in some areas along with some areas of the yard receiving no soil. We kept in contact throughout the year and agreed to wait until the next spring to address it. Spring came, reached out, was told they would come out on a Monday...they never did. Reached back out and ignored. Messages are read but never responded. I tried four different times to contact them with no response. At one point I gave up on them helping with the leveling so just asked for some professional advice on some of the bushes they installed for us as they were turning brown...ignored. As a result we have to now find another company to finish their work. It's very disappointing, we thought we found a good company, we even wanted to re-hire them to do some work on our front lawn. My recommendation, and maybe it's my mistake for not already knowing this, but if you are going to use them do not pay in full right away. Be wary, get commitments written in paper and signed by them.
They get it done right no matter what highly recommend this for your next project workers are nice and take pride in there job
