Incredibly horrible. I have never been treated like this and I'm a travel blogger-I travel the world. With my 6 year old daughter and 82 year old mother they insisted I could not sit at their table. I changed a take away order to a sit down when a free table become available. Once seated they insisted It was only ok to sit if everyone was ordering something...This was after already order a pizza. They informed me that we now needed to order drinks to be entitled sit. They were rude, unprofessional and really didn't care to publicly humiliate me, my daughter and elderly mother in front of everyone.

Siamo stati al esplanade sta mattina, come tutti i giorni nell’ultimo periodo, e ci è stato detto, dopo che abbiamo consumato 3 caffe, 2 cappuccini, 1 centrifuga , 1 cornetto e 2 acque in 2 ore che ci siamo fermate, che non possiamo stare di più al bar per via dei turisti che arrivano. Quindi oltre al fatto che non veniamo apprezzati come cliente veniamo pure mandati via.

Wein für die Qualität zu teuer. Service lustlos und unfreundlich. Manche Gäste bekommen eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit (Chips o. ä.) zum Getränk andere nicht. Schade, Lage ist schön.
Abbiamo bevuto un ottima cioccolata e un buon caffe' serviti con cortesia e un bel sorriso. Un pausa molto gradita durante la visita ai mercatini di Natale . Bellissimi
