Outstanding service from very knowledgeable staff, arguably the biggest range of reconditioned Mercedes parts anywhere in Victoria & possibly Australia. As well as always being in the process of dismantling a whole range of both vintage & late model Benz, they have an extensive inventory of new parts and consumables for almost any Mercedes from "Finney's" through to the latest S-Class. They might not always be the cheapest but they'll almost always have the part you're looking for.

We ordered spare parts from Merc Bits in November, very quick service from Melbourne to Perth just a couple of days. however, the parts were wrong, we returned the very next day and had them send another part, this we received also very quickly but again it was the completely wrong part. We returned the next day. We ended putting the car into the mechanics to fix and it was agreed that we could get a few other simple parts in exchange, we were quoted for the few parts, we didn't hear from them in a while and there was no rush due to not immediately needing the parts. Anyway last week we emailed and asked about getting the parts and were told that Merc Bits were not going to refund us any money or credit us due to the time that had passed, they also said that they had ordered the special part from oversees and that they would not be credited. First of all if they had done their job properly in the first place by sending the right part we wouldn't have had to send it back, second, we received the part a few days after ordering the part, so, unlikely it came from oversees. Thirdly, they agreed to credit us and went back on their word. The value is 440 so we are talking a fair sum. This is being dealt with by the authorities.
These guys were awesome , replied to my email by phone confirming they had the part and sent it to me express by the next day. great price , great service , will definitely deal with them again . Thankyou
