The Honda Service department staff were very friendly and punctual. I had a 9am appointment and someone came to check me in right away. If I was walking around someone always asked if they could help me. The location has the usual tv, coffee, and comfy chairs in the waiting area. Nothing special but standard stuff. We will see how the repair goes so more to come on that.

I have been going here for years and service has slowly been getting worse with each visit. Today, in a long line of appointments, I found myself walking in and having to wait for the two cashiers who constantly kept answering phone calls when there were many customers waiting. After I finally was attended to, I came for a routine oil change which I made an appointment for earlier in the week, I had to wait two and a half hours for my name to be called. Not once was I given an explanation for the long wait and customers that showed up after me had already come and gone with their cars done. Apparently appointments equal 2 hour waits for oil changes now? Not impressed.
