I’ve had BMW and Audi cars and this is my first Merc experience and I’ve got to say they’ve set themselves apart. I met Peter Ward who was friendly and knowledgeable and keen to help. The car was washed after being in with them today (sadly Sytner didn’t wash the outside of the BMW as said it was COVID related??). The whole process was seamless with no long waits. Nice one Inchcape, let’s hope there’s more Peter Wards working for you.
