I am a local in Traralgon. I usually go to local Mercedes-Benz for regular service of my car. My engine light came on. I booked an appointment and took my car to them for a check. In the process I had to take couple of hour leave from my work place. They checked it and did not give me any idea what the problem was or how it will cost to fix it. Only said driving it with this fault is not advisable. Asked me to booked the car for a proper service. I made it few days later. Car's Charged air hose was leaking. They kept the car for one and half days and fixed the problem. Of note they did not provide any curtesy car for the period. They billed me 850 to replace the 'Charge air hose'. 201 for the part, 570 for the service and rest GST. I am naive about car engine. Still the cost sounded to high to me. After coming home I checked in the net. Even from the authorised supplier, part would have cost less than 100 delivered. I don't know how they made labour cost to 570!!! Very disappointed.

Definitely reccomend Mercedes Gippsland. Even its 1 hour and 30 mins away from where I live I'll still drive all the way there to buy a car from them. Awesome service! Abbey helped me buy my vehicle and would definitely come back to that dealership when I upgrade! I've also serviced my car there and Thomas has taken care of me and will only get them to service my car.

I had a Kangoo and they were able to help me with a breakdown I had sometime ago, although they can't put a computer on the engine computer they were able to fix the drive belt and get me back on the road. While i was waiting for my car they drove me in a new Merc to my home while I waited, very nice service, professional.

very disappointed, i took my car there once for repair no problems, then i rebooked it for service that was also good ,at the time i asked someone to call me back for a trade in enquiry no one ever called back! now its all bad service, rang up over a week ago left a couple of messages no one called back, then rang again and spoke to Andrew service manager! he was suppose to call me back for a quote no call back! rang again spoke to a lady and complained about not hearing back from Andrew she said shell pass it on and make sure to get a call back! a few days gone and still no one called! well theyve lost me for sure! i dont recommend anyone to go there! always judged peoples word as their work! well there you go! action speak louder than words always! shocking service!!!!
