I recently bought a 2000 Mercedes S430 that needs work. Being on pension, this older vehicle is all that I could afford and still be in a beautiful and well made car. John, the service manager as was Kevin, my service rep was extremely compassionate concerning my limited ability to pay for the needed repairs by keeping the cost of my appointment to the minimum. I have owned five Mercedes over the years both in Ct and in Fl. I always receive impeccable service from the service department staff at Delray Beach Mercedes. Melissa is an incredible asset to this business. Every visit is done effortlessly by her to ensure my time is never wasted or inconvenienced by bringing a car in for service. The loaner staff always has a car for me and provide this valuable service so efficiently. I highly recommend this service department. It is a well oiled machine and a pleasure to do business with.

I had an 11:30 appt, got there about 11:20 and didn't see anyone for almost an hour. That was just for intake. There should be a better intake system. Because of that I couldn't call for my ride and had to wait for another 30 minutes. You should be able to see a service advisor immediately upon arrival. No complaints with service, in fact service is excellent.

If there's a Mercedes purchase in your future, do yourself a favor and remember the name Freddy York. Freddy is personal, knowledgeable, and a great customer advocate. He made sure that all of our questions or concerns were addressed. He ensured our buying experience was pleasant and a low stress event. He exceeded our expectations in every category. Also, should mention Russell Rienzi. He was excellent in explaining extended warranties and financing options. He followed up on all of our outstanding issues and was eager to make sure we were happy with our car purchase. Both of these gentlemen were outstanding to work with and we highly recommend buying a car from them.
