Homemade Renovation

I recently bought a used vehicle from Mercedes of Hunt Valley online. The car is a 2014 Shelby GT 500...this is my dream car. I have heard stories of people buying cars online and then they show up in no where near the condition they were promised. I received my car yesterday ( that I bought sight unseen ) and it was EVEN BETTER THAN I EXPECTED! The entire team at Hunt Valley was amazing, from start to finish they were upfront and honest...making sure I was happy every step of the way! I want to especially thank my Salesman Preston, he even gave me his personal phone number to make sure I could contact him at anytime...even reaching out or answering off the clock to make sure I was satisfied and up to date! Thanks Mercedes of Hunt Valley...I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

I was there two days ago to do a oil change and maintenance,and those scratch happen I did call and email them but here is what they say {Those are two wear spots on the steering wheel. It occurs over time from the oils on your hands and or lotions/chemicals. Nothing that could happen in one day.] I am 100%sure there is nothing before I drop it off. I think that looks like the tools scratch，I did bought my car here but right now I am so upset .will never come back.

Excellent service I would recommend to family and friends. John is great in service department. I at one time had problems at a local service not Mercedes authorized station and then started going to Hunt Valley Mercedes and now would never go any where else. Strongly recommend this dealership.
