First time here. Not nearly as professional as other MB service locations. Had 8am appointment and wasn't even seen until 8:40. No apology or explaining and, despite requesting a loaner in advance, was told it would be about 40 more minutes before they could diagnose the issue and decide if they would provide a loaner for the repair. Why even make an appointment or request a loaner if you're going to sit in the waiting room all morning? Got the software update to correct the issue. No courtesy wash. Not impressed.
