I have been going to this location for service for the past 7 years but had the worst experience this time. Since my regular advisor - Brett was promoted as a Manager to the Westmont location, i have had difficulty with the new service advisors. They do not want to do anything without a diagnostic fees, I asked if they could check headlight as it was shooting upwards and asked for 179 diag fees. If this doesn't improve then you will have one less loyal customer.
