I bought 2 Mercedes from them, 1st one everything was fine. The second one everything was good except the financing. It was financed through Mercedes. The interest rate was high and I was told wait a couple years before I refinanced. Well I just traded that car for a top of the line Toyota, the finance people asked me WHY was my interest rate so high with my credit score the way it was? I questioned it when I purchased the vehicle but was given some crazy reason. Not so sure I was given a far price for my fair trade either.

Attentive service reps and pleasant surroundings of new and certified used Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Nice waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks and phone charging station. My vehicle was cleaned and washed inside and out after new tire install.

I took my car in because I had a puff of smoke out of the tail pipe when I crank it and the headrest airbags needed to be reset. The dealership charged me 1900 to fix these issues. When I picked it up the airbags had not been reset but they had already charged me. They did end up fixing that but after a huge inconvenience. I continued to have the puff of smoke so I took it to a local mechanic. They discovers that the dealership had broken a tube and ‘fixed’ it with electrical tape and plastic weld. Disgusted at the lack of care for customers. You’d be better off going to Kohls in Long Beach. At least they won’t put you in danger by lying about what they fixed on your vehicle.
