The most recent car purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Swindon was a great experience. The sales person, Catherine, was excellent throughout the process and couldn't do enough to source the right car - there was no hard sell and as such it made Catherine a pleasure to deal with. Even after the sale was completed, she ensured that a missing part was located, which I suspect many other sales people or garages would just ignore. In summary, while Mercedes-Benz of Swindon were excellent as ever, Catherine excelled throughout.
