My car was collected for servicing from my home. The collection was on time and was very little effort on my part. During the day, a video of the technician's report was went to me detailing his findings and recommendations. The car was brought back to me in the afternoon of the same day, spotlessly clean inside and out with all the relevant paperwork. Highly recommended.

Recommended by a friend, Aaron at MB Weston Super Mare has been on it since day 1. Expressed my interest in an A Class and he came back with a very good deal I couldn’t resist. Communication and buying process were spot on, easy and straight forward. Received my car at the end of the 2nd lockdown via Click and Collect which has been the smoothest and easiest car buying experience ever. Amazing service including after sales. Picked up my used mercedes that was supposed to be valeted,but the soft top had green algae in the seams. I was told i had to use the key to start it but found the stop/start button in the boot wheel well later in the week. I have asked for the mot certificate to be posted to me as i live over an hour's drive away on three occasions, and still waiting. The communication between myself and the salesgirl was good until they got payment,then they're not interested. Not overly happy with my experience. Fortunately the cars great

Good service this time plus really helpful engineers assistance on previous visit, a very friendly team but I do think that the management place too much emphasis on sales rather than customer service. This time we waited about 20 minutes to be ‘checked’ in (it has been over 30 on previous occasions), you do get good coffee while you wait but I don’t go for the coffee... There appeared to be at most two people in service and more smart suits than I could count walking about with next to nobody to sell too - multi-tasking springs to mind. My service agent gave me the keys to the loan car and apologised for the state it was in - he was right, see pictures- I would be embarrassed to return a car in this state and he was embarrassed to be sending it out - it should not have gone out but nobody to clean it...! My loan car was booked a month in advance and I was not early collecting it. Are you not aware that it is between 5 and 25 times harder to win a new customer than keep an existing one? I do not see the effort in the right place here Mercedes.
