Working with Brian to sell my home has been a pleasure. He was recommended to me by a friend who herself if a realtor but currently inactive; never hurts to have a pro recommend a pro! Brian then when on to do so much more for the sale of my home than I had ever imagined! He recommended an excellent company to stage the house at a reasonable price. He brought me a thorough assessment of how my property stacked up with other properties and sales in my immediate neighborhood; together we were able to determine a set point for the price. He used excellent professional pictures and video to market the house. He sent out postcards to the neighborhood and held several open house events. Well it all seemed to pay off in the end as we had a contract for the sale in place in about 10 days. The sale moved through the various phases very little drama. He was always prompt, professional, and personable. What a weight off my shoulders! I highly recommend Brian regardless if you are buying or selling or BOTH!

Brian was very helpful in the home-buying process. His biggest asset while working with us was his honesty. We had a small budget, which was tough in the fast-paced, out-bidding market. Consequently, we saw a lot of homes that needed work, and being the dreamers that we are, we saw potential in all of them. Brian helped to keep us level-headed, was able to evaluate approximately how much repairs would cost, and told us when he thought the asking price of a home was too high. He ended up talking us out of more homes than anything - which saved us loads of time and money. The house we (finally) purchased is perfect for us - and was definitely worth the wait. We think back on those other houses we thought we liked and are beyond thankful that we didn't make the mistake of buying them!
