Great food! One had the Hap's burger with fries and the chicken sandwich. Good service and a cool gas station/diner concept! Perfect for Covid times. Warm, outdoor seating - protected from rain and wind and spaced out nicely. This place is my new favorite. Love the music playing, as well!

Love this place. Even though I no longer live on the island, it’s still worth the trek for me. Great gluten free burgers, and perfectly seasoned fries. Their milkshakes are the real deal too- straight thick and creamy ice cream, and unique and delicious seasonal flavors. Perfect to pick up on a warm day and take for a picnic at Luther Burbank.
This place has improved. They don't offer an extensive menu and it allows them to master what they offer. Food is fresh, cooked to order, helpful covid cautious staff and great drink/beer selection. They even do a seasonal milkshake in addition to the regular flavors of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. The prices are a good value. Makes for a fun place to meet friends for a socially distant bite. There is covered outdoor seating with heaters or you can stay in your car. As long as they keep this menu and quality ingredients this place is on my monthly rotation!
5 out of 5 stars! We were filming in the Mercer Island area and needed a place to take individual orders ahead of time. Both the manager (Joel) and his top guy JQ were more than accommodating for all of our orders, and I can confidentially say that all 15 hungry crew members were more than satisfied with the food. It was all absolutely delicious, I cannot recommend this place enough! They are severely underrated, and if you haven't had any of their food, you're missing out! Our top recommendation is definitely their HAPS burger and the Chicken Club!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will be regulars now. We ordered online and our food was ready once we got to our table. We couldn't decide if we liked the cheeseburger or chicken sandwich better. Yes the beef is bland but it is juicy and full of flavors with all the condiments and fixings. Their house sauce is actually unique and tasty.
Great burger, I liked the Jones Soda on tap, the fries were too salty so unless that's changed I wouldn't get the fries again, still worth going back for a burger though. Service was great I just think they should half the amount of salt they put on the fries and let people add more if they want
I really wanted to like this place more but we really didn't have a great experience. We ordered around 6:20pm online, paid and were told it would be ready by 7:02pm. We figured since it was a Friday night it would be busy! We drove over and showed up around 7:05. They told us they were running really late and it would be another 10 mins. No problem. We wait and wait. We had placed an order and then our friends placed two separate orders as well. 30 mins goes by and we still don't have our food. At this point we had placed the order an hour ago... 2 burgers, 2 fries and a milkshake. Finally about 10 mins later our two other friends get their orders even tho we placed ours first? We asked them if maybe they forgot about our order -- they did! They then hurried to make it and my bf ordered their special pina colada milkshake but was definitely given vanilla.. :( We all ordered bacon on our burgers and got the equivalent of maybe 1/2 of a slice of bacon total per burger. Not to mention it was like almost 40. I think they need to work on prioritizing online orders for customers who have already paid, otherwise why even have online ordering? The food was tasty so we may give it another try but overall it was pretty disappointing experience lol
Burger was good and juicy. However, I prefer to spice my own french fries.
