DO NOT LIVE HERE My wife and I lived here for 15 months. It is a good location between Bellevue and Downtown Seattle. We are both physicians and lived respectfully, with rent on time and are quite clean. 1) The property landlord (Robyn Kerr) is not timely in repairs. The fridge in our apartment broke and it took her over 2 months to get it fixed/replaced. At one point she asked us to move our food from the fridge to a fridge in an empty unit next door until it was fixed…Also a door lock broke and was never fixed despite requests. 2) Upon moving out of the property, we were not given a move out checklist until 3 days prior to our move out date despite giving 20 day notice. We were charged for ‘repainting walls’ for ‘damage and nails in the walls’ which cost 600 apparently. This is in addition to another 400 in various other random fees which encompassed our entire deposit. Upon asking for proof of damage and nails in the walls, they sent photos of smudges that easily could have been wiped off with a cloth. They have not responded to my emails or calls ever since, as they clearly know there is no evidence supporting the charges. I will be brining this to small claims court. This property, it’s property manager (Ying Ying) as well as landlord (Robyn Kerr) will do whatever it takes to not fix things and withhold money from your deposit. It is not worth it. Try a surrounding apartment complex or just live in Bellevue. Avoid this place at all costs.

Way overpriced and they rarely clean the halls so its got a funky smell 24/7. Peoples dogs would pee in the elevator and it would never be cleaned up. As you would imagine, it would get really stinky. Management only comes to the building to collect checks and never to inspect the actual property. Also don't expect any of your deposit back. They'll find damage from the previous tenant and charge you for it. The building manager also charged me for a broken hinge that they never properly fixed when I first moved in. And don't bother trying to work anything out with the property manager, Robyn. She won't care any will just lie to get you to go away. Oh and if you have a car, expect to pay a lot to park it in the garage. I was paying double for parking than in my old apartment on Pike st
