Because of my Banking industry background, It didn't take me very long to become comfortable with who I was dealing with, and impressed with the quality of investments they offered. The investments have been well vetted; well managed. Austin has a thorough knowledge of the investments he offers. Everything made good sense and provided me with comfort level I needed to move ahead to consummate the transaction.

I have been a landlord for over 40 years and am still a landlord. Over the years, some of the properties have been great, and some that have been not so great. I am likely getting to point where I was looking for options that did not involve me wasting a weekend or many nights trying to resolve electrical, plumbing, or other repairs taking me away from what I want to do. Don't get me wrong, Real Estate has been the best investment I have made and I still feel that way. I wanted to look for an avenue to diversify some of my properties that would not involve me receiving phone calls and taking my time. When my wife and I went to a seminar given by Real Estate Transition Solutions, it offered that option that we were looking for. Divesting the property into a fund that required no work on our part, but leaving that to someone else. Working with Austin has been great. I feel very comfortable with him as he has been very straight forward and honest as he offered a number of alternatives that we could still choose a way to put money in Real Estate or commercial leases and still receive a check every month without having to worry about taking my time. Austin has answered all of our concerns and explained all the positives and negatives about this investment opportunity and we felt very comfortable going this direction and are currently just cashing checks every month for our investments. I heartily recommend Austin, Roger and their company for this great option for those that are growing a little tired of being actively involved in being a landlord.

I had questions about DSTs and was referred by my 1031 Facilitator to talk with Austin. Austin graciously answered all of my questions and walked me through the financial details specific to my situation and helped me understand if a DST made sense given my priorities. I concluded a DST wasn't right for me and so I did not move forward in using RETS. However, if you're exploring whether a DST makes sense for you I highly recommend speaking with Austin.

Austin is GREAT to work with! He is very professional and knowledgeable of the DSTs and 1031 exchange. He and his assistant Taylor always perform their due diligence to do deep research on DSTs to make sure their clients are well informed of the pros and cons. Kim always emailed me to make sure I got the 1st distribution from the DST sponsor after it closed. I have bought 3 DSTs with them, and will continue buying DSTs with them in the future.
