I purchased a SoClean2 machine for 373.00 on Tuesday evening only to find out that it isn't compatible with my machine. I returned the machine on Wednesday 8th/the very next day only to told by SARAH that I would NOT be refunded my money! I returned the machine intact,box not opened and with the receipt and in full compliance with CVS's return policy rules but SARAH could care less ,when I showed her CVS's return policy in black and white she dismissed me by explaining that there would be NO returns of ANYTHING because of Covid! I want people to be aware of this stores practice of not honoring what is their return policy. Be careful, you may be stuck with a 373.00 machine that you cannot possibly use , they will not refund you your money. I will NEVER do business with CVS again because of their policy and the way I was treated in this store in Merchantville. What they did to me is absolutely criminal. I'm only giving it a star because that's what you must do to post a critique but honestly it's less than zero no service.

Good luck getting refills at this cvs. It’s a battle to get your medication. You’ll have to call the automated system multiple times, which will tell you your prescription is “in process”. It will stay “in process” until you call to speak to a human. Then the automatic refill will disappear after you speak to a human. It will take several more calls and trips there to get your refill. If you get your refill under a week late, you are fortunate.
This is the only place I get my prescriptions
It's a useful place for getting some snacks on the road. The cashiers are nice too. The old ones tend to watch what you're doing if you're 12-17. Probably making sure you don't steal anything, but it's kinda annoying. Bring 2-10 with you if you wanna go here.
The pharmacy is not very good. I have been neglected, misinformed, and belittled - in 3 separate trips to this pharmacy on the same day. Had to come back the next day and was treated with hostility and disdain by a completely different group of pharmacist. CVS must be mistreating their pharmacist or it must be company policy
