Some of my family have been on overtime forever. If your family oriented do not work here.

Employees are overworked with manditory overtime with no end. The turn over rate alone supports enough data. They offer employees money if they can get someone to apply/stay for more then 90 days. They are desperate for employees with no intention of making any of them happy enough to stay. After Masco took over only safety was improved. Still an OSHA nightmare but better then the past. They removed any possibility of part time employees and weeded out any that were left. If you plan to work for them sell your home you will not be living in it anyway. Don't get sick ether they don't like that. It was the worst 2 1/2 years of my life.

Not a place to work if you're a family oriented person. They offer a lot of incentives and promise you that youll rarely ever work a weekend just to try and make you think it's a great place to work and that you'll be able to have time with family, but then as soon as you get in you rarely have a weekend off and you no longer have much time to spend with family and friends. The only nice thing was the paycheck but it's not worth giving up your personal life for. Not anymore is isn't.
