We booked online tickets to watch the performance of Cinderella from 2019 and were highly impressed. This year has meant so much disruption to our lives and pantomimes are a massive part of our country's Christmas experience, so it was brilliant to be able to embrace it still. Such high quality performances, design and tonnes of fun. Thank you very much.

What a wonderful place. Brilliant views from the second row. Good bar. Restaurant was offline but food is only a 3 minute walk away. Great staff. Snacks and water available on front desk. Briliant, show with the Simon and Garfunkel Story. Have to say it is a fantastic venue. Please support!
Just spent 135 booking tickets for what we thought was this years pantomime. 5 minutes after the transaction, my husband realised it was next years dates. I phoned for a refund immediately and they refused. My husband had been sent an email with a massive full colour advertisement for Aladdin, being the main purpose of the email. Following today's news that pantomimes around the country are opening, we assumed the Mercury were now pushing sales. As far as I am concerned this is deceptive advertising. BE VERY CAREFUL.
5 years in a row I'm visiting pantomime, and I will go as long as I can.. what and amazing performance , actors gives all then heart and passion into performance, one of those very English unique things I like in this country , definitely I'm coming to watch next year
