When I lost my job and I was looking left and right for 7 month and wasn't able to find much, AES gave me the opportunity to work for them. I absolutely love my job. Everybody is so helpful and guide me in the right direction. AES rocks.

So I've worked for them before and never had a problem. However I reapplied and all I've gotten is the run around. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks only to get no call backs. Now I've been told through another company that I applied with that I'm not rehire able where I applied to work after all, and they told AES, who didn't tell me. I've yet to receive a call from them still. I could have accepted another position by now so I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend waisting your time.
The people at this place are awesome. They are very nice and want to help you with your employment needs. Curtis and Stephanie will help you get placed into a career that suits your needs. Thanks guys.

Amazing experience on my first time coming here. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, polite and very professional at all times as well the second lady that gave me the “quick” job interview. At all times i felt no rush They answer all questions i had with no problems They even offer something to drink while i was doing the application process. NOW! Want to add here that the way they aproach at first “demanding” as others commented on their reviews. for distance and precaution related to the Covid 19. They are doing their job! :/ duh.. They don’t need to paint the issue with “colorful” words and “kindergarden follow directions” lol Because many just can’t understand Anyway! Again.. love their work and i fully recommend A.E.S INC THANKS.
I was quarantined when I called in sick. H R nicki treated us like we had the virus . So we went to get tested only to get rejected because we didn't have the major symptoms. However she thinks she miss know it all and wouldn't let us come back to work without a doctor's note. So we got the note and she denied the letter assuming it was faked without running a reference check to the letter. After all that we was able to return to work cause we had the hospital faxed in the original. This took about two weeks out of work and we fought to get covered by the covid 19 family first sick leave act. You would think she would learn however she kept shorty out hours and replaced us before we went back to work. Somehow we got fired in the process of this matter. The day we returned to work the supervisor didn't expect us coming back. So now we are out of work.
Parking was very awkward and the staff made a huge deal of social distancing for people that obviously do not practice it amongst themselves. Not sure if I'd want to work there. Just overall not a great first impression
