Venue Kim did not wear a mask for my whole appointment even though you have posted that masks are required. After I read your covid-19 guidelines waited in my car for a call or text from my technician but after waiting 5 minutes past my appointment time I ended up just walking in. I also ended up paying 90 for the service l had booked even though when I booked online the price was listed as 50. I had come here once before and liked my experience, but after today I will not be coming back again. Kim Pope Kim hardly spoke to me other than to ask if I wanted my nails square, and even though I said no, I like them round so I don't poke myself I left with square nails. Kim and Raquel spent most of my appointment bad mouthing a client who had just left, and they were still talking about her to another client when I left.

Kim P did my nails and it turned out so amazing. I work next door so it was nice to go during my lunch break and I felt like she made me feel at home! Definitely will be coming back to see her for my fill !

Kim was fantastic! Got my new set of acrylics with gel and foil design in an hour and a half. She was kind and helped me decide what to get done as I came in with no idea! My nails turned out gorgeous and at a fair price. Will certainly be back for my fills!
