The event staff is super great here! They work really hard to great fun and engaging activities for the residents to enjoy, such as wine tastings and food/drink grab and goes. The gym here is better than the average apartment gym, so that's a plus. Overall, very satisfied!

While my experience at The Meridian started off quite pleasant, I must say the situation has taken a turn for the worse. The amenities have been stripped away piece by piece and residents confined to their homes by threat of citation While facially the apartments look nice, things begin to break the first month in and don't stop. While maintenance comes quickly, it is difficult to actually get something fixed. It is a common theme with the Meridian. Promise the world and under-deliver. Would be a nice catch phrase for their website. Like many residents I have been working from home these past 8 months. On several occasions, work meetings have been interrupted by construction seemingly on the other-side of a paper-thin wall. It would have been nice to have some warning as the staff in the building knows residents are working from their homes during Covid. Again, I received several rounds of lies from office staff. Please, if you are looking to book here I highly suggest having a second look around. The price is tempting and it looks nice but beware! Take care and stay safe.

It's just okay. Good for first time renters. A bit overpriced, but sunrooms can be/are used as bedrooms which is a plus. Unfortunately, there is almost no insulation, so you can hear every single thing every neighbor is doing at all times. Appliances are mediocre, management is nice but not super effective, and the management company nickel-and-dimes you. 500 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, plus 50 a month pet rent -- but for almost 1200 (per lease term), you aren't even allowed to bring your dogs into the courtyard...... We are going on month 7 of extremely disruptive construction in the courtyard that goes on all day every day from 8am to 5pm. They're still behind schedule and probably won't be finished for another 3-6 months. Would not have signed a lease for a courtyard facing unit if I had been advised of impending construction. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I have lived here for over a year and they towed my car as a resident. They never notified me and quite frankly, while I was “double parked” there was no manageable way to park my Toyota Camry in the spot otherwise. The leasing office showed no remorse or compassion, and said it was not their responsibility to notify you if your car is towed even though they receive notifications. A simple email letting me know my car was towed would have been the least they could have done. They have no respect for their residents.
