Ken was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I have older parents he was helping and they become overwhelmed easily. He helped them out and simplified the process for them so they could choose exactly what they wanted. They were thrilled and the window coverings are beautiful! Perfect!

Ken was great at helping us decide which style of blinds would work best in our home for our dual front window and our large sliding patio door. They look great! Cameron was the installer and he did a wonderful job - he was polite, new how to do the job, and was finished with the installation in about an hour. I called Budget Blinds and made an appointment to have someone come out to my new home under construction. I had someone from their company call me back and scheduled an appointment to meet at my home. They told me someone by the name of Hilary would be coming over to consult and share some ideas with me. I know nothing about window coverings and was a bit intimidated. Hilary was awesome!!! She measured every window, made some suggestions but most importantly she asked me questions to determine what I wanted and I appreciate that. I had a lot questions and concerns but Hilary was very patient and very understanding and held my hand along the way. When it was all said and done I was very very happy with my experience and can highly recommend Hilary and the team at Budget Blinds!! I really appreciate the great job Hilary did, the pictures and videos of other projects that helped me get some great ideas and turned me on to what I really wanted to have. I was able to schedule an appointment with Suzie Jenkins the morning after I called. She showed up on time and had a great idea for my window treatments that I had not thought of. She was efficient and helping me choose fabric and other accessories for the job. She also helped me choose a film for the window next to the front door. The job was entered into the computer and priced immediately. It fit nicely into my budget and was ordered on the spot. I would highly recommend Suzie to anyone.

Straightforward, honest, professional, knowledgeable! We had estimate from different company for shutters in our home. We elected to get another quote are we are certainly glad that we did! Cheryl Waterbury from Budget Blinds came over and gave us a quote. To say that Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable about window coverings is a massive understatement. We were so impressed that when she left we had already decided that Budget Blinds was the company were were going to use even if the cost was slightly more (fortunately it wasn’t). We just cannot complement Cheryl enough ! If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about window coverings (especially shutters) in addition to being straightforward/honest and the consummate professional then Cheryl at Budget Blinds is the person you want helping you. We highly recommend!!
