This agent, Jason Kemper, promised on day one that he would move us. He said that is a service he provides his clients. Then at the end he left us high and dry. We had to hire a moving company 2 days before closing that cost us almost 2600!! Then he lied to his broker about it. He got the sale of our house and the purchase of the house we bought. Any good agent with ethics and morals would have offered a reduced commission. Not him! He also told us we weren't allowed to be home when the buyer's inspector came. I work from home but I had to stay out for almost 4 hours while this complete stranger was alone in our home!! We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT!!! If we had listened to his advice we would have lost out on the home we really wanted to buy....and did. He never even went to see the house we bought....ever!! We will be filing a formal complaint to the Idaho Board of Real Estate. How do you sleep at night??

In order to leave a review we have to give it a “star” and 1 is the lowest. The review is not against the firm itself but maybe in this a coaching moment can be done with the agent. Not trying to be mean but the lack of communication and professionalism in our agent was poor quality . She did a good job when we purchased a home but having her as a listing agent was the most painful experience in real estate sales I have had. Certainly the fee paid was higher than the service provided. We constantly had to reach out for information or feedback or explanations of documents. I had to call other agents for feedback or explanation of documents. I heard more in three days from the buyers agent then we heard from our own agent in 6 months. We closed Friday and we have still not heard a word from our agent. Disappointing to say the least. We even got her another listing and barely got a “thank you”. We will not be referring future clients/customers as we wouldn’t want them to have to deal with the same painful process. The Lees

Had an unfortunate experience in dealing with them. Tried to force me to close on a home prior to conditions outlined in the inspection being completed. Turns out the language on the contract was written by them to warrant closing whether the work was completed or not. Not the kind of representation any buyer deserves. In the end - they have you sign a representation agreement to be locked into using them even if the representation is not satisfactory. Unfortunately, Holding you to a contract is much more important than serving your needs as a client with this group.
