I really appreciate the time they take for each patient, they take time to clean each room before being used by the next patient, at first I thought they would leave me in the waiting room longer, but we noticed that they were really busy, everyone is so nice , and I know that not all people understand the hard work they do even more in a pandemic caring for other patients and taking care of them, I came in for emergencies only because of excruciating pain in my stomach, and I had gallbladder surgery, all the nurses treated me so well and I am very grateful to them for taking care of me at night

Worst Emergency care ever, brought my partner in because she was having seizure like episodes and they gave her a prescription for Xanax and sent her home, it’s almost 2 months later and the episodes are still happening, they hardly put any effort into trying to figure out what was going on, worst emergency room/hospital I’ve ever been in. Doctor and nurse were both rude and didn’t seem to care at all. If you want quality care this isn’t the place to go.
I have been waiting for 3 hours to been seen which is quick for their ER. Still have not been seen yet.
Was extremely understaffed, i was treated like an annoyance after asking how much longer i could be waiting after waiting over an hour and a half and ended up going to st als on curtis after making a call to see how busy they currently were. In the time it took for me to get there, re-check in, change into a gown, do some tests, and talk with the dr about symptoms, i get a notification email about my "after visit summary" while waiting for my results at st als. If this place has more than 4 other patients in the waiting room, go somewhere else or be willing to wait 45minutes to be seen if not deemed "serious enough" or seen as "a minor inconvenience" I dont see why they dont send the "inconvenient" people to another location to help with wait time and work load, instead of having them sit in an uncomfortably cold general area, have them wait over an hour while also in pain and other discomfort.
Hurt my back and was able to be seen, treated, and sent on my way within 2 hours. Super friendly staff, very clean facilities, and was very happy with my experience. Hospital puts a high level of emphasis on service.
Always waiting. Never feels like it's an emergency. Slow at everything
This is a very important review for everyone to read. I went to the ER on Wednesday 11/4/2020 with severe upper GI pain and a constant fever for 4 days. I was seen by Nathan Church, PA who never tested me for COVID, he ran a contrast dye MRI, blood work, and told me he found nothing ..gave me scripts for an ulcer and said ti was possible I had an ulcer. I followed up my Internist Dr. Erland on 11/5/2020 who new immediately that I had COVID by my symptoms, she did the COVID test ..I am COVID positive ..I have left messages at the hospital to only be put on Patient Relations Voice Mail to leave a message. I was advised by Pacific Source Insurance the hospital should be notified immediately and everyone I cam in contact with. I have not heard back from the hospital..DO NOT GO TO ST LUKES MERIDIAN..I was advised to go to ST LUKES DOWNTOWN BOISE..in the future..
If I could give this hospital 0 starts I would, not helpful whatsoever! I can’t believe these are our doctors. Sent my mom away with extreme pain, said they couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible healthcare system we have here. These doctors go to school for what!!!
