I recently used 4.5 a second time to purchase a home in East Boise. I was nervous about being able to find a house with how competitive the market is in the price range I was looking in. Bill was very quick to act when I found the right home and was able to make the deal happen. He had no problem showing me many homes that just weren't right for me. He was very honest and showed this by pointing out both the positives and negatives of each home. When it comes time to buy another home I will definitely be using 4.5 again!

I have used Bill to buy a house and sell 2 and he was outstanding. When we first bought we were unsure what we wanted or if we were even ready and he was very patient and not pushy at all and we told him roughly what we were looking for and he just sent us houses that fit that description and told us to let him know if we wanted to go look at any of them. He was always available for us at all sorts of different times of day and night as we had questions and requested to go look at houses. Start to finish I would recommend Bill And 4.5 to everyone.
