We went in to have my hearing tested. Kevin was very thorough and explained everything as we went through the testing. It ended up that all the years around woodworking equipment without any ear protection h as finally caught up. They fitted me with my first set of hearing aids. They really make a difference in my hearing. Would recommend Hearing Connection to anyone looking for a trusted place to get hearing tested or in the market for new hearing aids.

Kevin has been taking care of my dad's hearing aids since 2018. He moved here from out of state and lived with me for 2 years. Both Bonnie and Kevin have been very helpful beginning with the first visit. They have repaired ear pieces and have cared for my father as if he was their dad. We have never felt that we were problem even when we just dropped in with a need. I know that I can trust them. My sister bought her hearing aids from Hearing Connection last year and was very impressed with the team. I would highly recommend the Hearing Connection to anyone with a hearing need.

Bonnie and Kevin are friendly and thorough. They both take the time to explain the details, and that the process is done with care! I appreciate how they operate the center, as they make me feel tended to, and both take time to answer any questions I have! I wish my batteries lasted longer in my devices, but they give me replacement batteries every 3 months at no additional charge, and also do a cleaning and device check, which is best done by appointment.

Went if with a friend and she was new to the situation and super frustrated she expressed her feeling and the issues the hearing specialist corrected all her issues and we walked out and her whole per saunas was completely positive Kevin Horne was amazing helped with making the cost affordable didn’t pressure my friend completely satisfied with his services

Great place, friendly people. Kevin was so detail oriented that he answered questions i didn't even know I had. Then he detail explained how sound travels to the brain and is interpreted. My husband got hearing aids six months ago at another location, and never was told any of the information we were told. Especially the correlation between loss of hearing and dementia. Now we both wear them every day. I am so glad we went to Hearing Connection.
