Paul Heim is a true Real Estate professional and helped us sell a house in a unique area. Paul helped us set the right price on the property and then he generated activity around our property until he found the right buyer and then put together a fairly complex selling agreement in place to satisfy both our needs as seller and the buyer's unique needs as well. In the end he was patient and professional throughout the entire transaction and all details were accurately dealt with. I had friends advise me that I should try and sell myself but in retrospect Paul earned his commission on this deal and I would definitely recommend Paul Heim and his associates to friends who are looking to sell or buy property.
