I just completed the Phlebotomy portion of the Medical Assistant program and am so impressed with the instructors! Their experience is something you won't find anywhere else and they are so friendly and encouraging. I feel that my education is their priority and they ensure we are set up for success! Great program and Awesome instructors

Northwest Laser Institute provided exceptional service in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Brooke is very knowledgeable and explained the process extensively before proceeding with the procedure. I was nervous because this was my first treatment, but Brooke and the staff put me at ease right away. I love the results and would recommend their services to anyone. It was good to know they also provide training at the facility, so they are updated on the latest technology and treatments.
I took the Medical Assistant program at this school and it was amazing and by far the best choice I’ve ever made. They have a 100% passing rate so far!! Donna, Tammy and Jen are the best and are the most helpful people I’ve ever met! 10/10 would recommend to any of my friends!
I came to NWLI for the Medical Assisting program that is offered here and so glad I DID!! Amazing staff and instructors. I looked at different schools that offer the same program and after meeting Donna I knew this was the place to go! You will not be disappointed and if you need more help with anything in class you can ask and everyone is there to help you to understand and become a better student best decision made in stepping foot into the medical career field!!! Absolutely love Ryanna & Brooke. They are so meticulous about their work, and it definitely shows in the results. This is definitely one of those areas where you want to be extra careful about who is working on you, and I trust these guys with it all! They are truly at the top of their game!
I have been doing face and Brazilian laser treatments and they have an extremely professional team there. After going to another laser center in Boise... I can definitely see how the Northwest laser treatment is way more effective.
I have been going to Northwest Laser Institute in Meridian for almost three years, since 2014. I have purchased three, year-long hair removal laser treatments from them. Overall, I have had a good experience. The inside of the salon is always nice and clean and I love the make-up brand they feature. I had just one (very) negative experience with one of their laser hair removal techs in the years that I have been going there. Her name is Amber. She shamed and embarrassed me so much in front of other customers one Saturday afternoon that I contemplated never returning, although I had just recently started my third, year-long laser hair removal treatment cycle. She insisted that I should not be receiving the hair-removal package that I had purchased months prior and had already completed two treatments of at that point! It was terrible...I remember walking out of the salon that day feeling four years old, ashamed, and like l was a liar. Anyway, thankfully there are 6 weeks in between treatments, so I went back and never again had her as my tech. Ironically, the owner of the salon was working during my next session and she was SO amazing. For all of my remaining sessions, I had the pleasant, professional experience of having Jaden as my tech. I have loved Jaden! She is very personable and does great work. I have also enjoyed Brittany as a tech as well. I do recommend Northwest Laser - their prices are VERY competitive and I find them to consistently come in at cheaper rates (yay!).
NWLI has added additional healthcare instruction in phlebotomy and medical assisting in the past year or so. Don't let the name fool you because these are great courses! I was fortunate enough to take Phlebotomy Training with Jen in the fall of 2015, and I've been employed as a phlebotomist since 2016. So much of a student's success in a workforce development course depends on the instruction, and I certainly credit my success to the excellent training that I received. Jen is realistic and compassionate and she will continue to produce great phlebotomists!
