I have taken Jennifer's class and all I can say is that it's fantastic. Jennifer is a charismatic, funny, and experienced instructor who will make you feel confident in your skills. Everything was outlined clearly in the syllabus, and nothing came as a surprise. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in pursuing a phlebotomy certification.
