I would highly recommend Juniper and Chuck's team. I'm a first time home buyer and they walked me through the whole thing. They explained everything and always made sure I understood the process and helped me find a reputable lender. Originally we searched for 2 months looking for the perfect fit for me and my budget. I wasn't planning on getting a new home, but after making several offers on older homes that didn't work out, Juniper found a builder with a great floor plan in my price range. I ended up building my first house! I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Juniper or Chuck were at every meeting and incredibly helpful, especially in the last couple months of the build because I was deployed overseas for the military and couldn't be present for the actual closing of the house. They coordinated with the lender, the builder, and my representative to make the final meetings, inspections and closing run smoothly. The whole team is polite, compassionate and professional.

We listed our house in May of 2016. We were first time home sellers and Juniper and her team were extremely helpful every step of the way. We were having issues finding a handyman to do work on our house to get it ready to sell and Juniper put us in contact with some who did excellent work quickly and at a very reasonable price. Once the house was listed we had multiple offers and had a closing date set. Once again, her team was very helpful on getting the details of the closing set. Juniper and her husband Chris worked with us on finding a new home in a very competitive market. They made themselves available at a moments notice and at odd times to show us listings that worked with our schedule.
