After 2 1/2 years living at Selway I thought they would have the pool and hot tub figured out by now. The pool filter and circulation is either broken or not enough for the size so it looks nasty. The fountains and kids water pad has work a hand full of times since 2017 and the Jets never seem to work for longer than a couple of days after they shut it down for maintenance. There are new rules and regulations almost monthly and the intense increase in rent for the place itself. We are being relocated for work to help prevent future fires in California due to utilities at least with 2 weeks notice to be there and we just signed our 3rd 13 month contract. I expected to pay a decent amount to break contract but they make it almost impossible. We have to give 60 days notice so we are paying for 2 months of rent and utilities after we vacate the property plus 2000 buy out plus we forfeit our 400 deposit. This all while trying to relocate with family. I just feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I would at least like to enjoy a clean pool while I get all of my money plus some taken from me. Hey thanks for the new carpet in the gym. It needed it when I moved in back in 2017. It does feel so much cleaner.

Overall, decent apartment. Friendly staff and never had any issues with them. I only stayed a year before I moved out of state. I did have a few issues. First, they seem to pick and choose which residents can omit the guest parking policy. My building (11) had a lady park her second car in a guest spot for weeks at a time. This lady would move it rarely. I did report it to the management and nothing was done about it. She is just too cheap to pay the extra money to get a second car port. Guest parking is already a struggle here. My second issue was they charge a 80 carpet cleaning fee. My total deposit was 450 and after the carpet cleaning and other final utility fees I got back 337. I kept the apartment cleaned and think you should be able to do your own carpet cleaning instead of them doing it for you.

Nice apartments! Both living and dining areas are quite small in one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments; however these newly built apartments do feature large sliding doors in the living area, which allow in ample light. The Selway apartment complex is located close to what will eventually be a northwestern Meridian shopping hub. However, it is hopelessly inaccessible to public transportation. Apartment pricing seems reasonably in line with what is being charged for newer apartments in Meridian ID. Sadly these prices are 30% higher than they would have been 5 years ago for comparable apartments of equal size. Of course, 5 years ago, there were dramatically fewer apartments in Meridian! Unfortunately, the Selway apartment complex is quite short on a visit on legal parking spaces for visitors.
Been living in the apartment complex for 3 years. All of a sudden i get a message on my door telling me i was speeding and threatening letter to take a way my parking spot. For over 3 years I've been driving the same speed limit. All the management does is send me a message that came across very disgraceful. I guess this apartment complex can careless and not ask me questions about the situation. Or even figure out if they have the same person. They should spend more time giving fines out to people for not picking up their dog poop. Or having kids not run up and down the breeze way cause loud disturbances in the apartments. I have also asked multiple times to get my bath tub fixed due to it dripping and raising my water bill, but i always get the response “the equipment they need to fix it is on order”. The complex also can't handle the amount of waste people dispose of, but yet they still raise sewer prices every month. I encourage anyone who lives here or is looking to renew the lease to read the lease agreement and keep options open. Also I'm not the type to complain about stuff but this is the icing on the cake.
